The problem…

When new users first engage with a sheet, they are shown several help tips at once. These users often close the help tips out immediately as they come off as overwhelming. The goal of this project was to introduce a new on-boarding experience, breaking these tips into a walkthrough.



The solution…

This walkthrough helps set new users up for success by understanding the basics of Smartsheet. I collaborated with several cross-functional team members in making this concept a reality.
