The problem…

This is how new users were on-boarded on to the sheet. New users are shown several help tips at once, and they mostly close it out immediately. These help tips come off as overwhelming. The goal was to introduce a new on-boarding experience which breaks out these tips into a walkthrough.



The solution…

This walkthrough helps set new users up for success by understanding the basics of Smartsheet and successfully engage with Smartsheet. I collaborated with several cross-functional team members including a UX Designer, Product Manager, Product Trainer, and Customer Success in making this concept a reality.
